Robin was one of 5 proposals we received from painting companies and not only did her proposal cover EVERYTHING our Community needed ,she didn’t even dip into our reserves and she gave us some free perks “just because” she thought it would “look better” ??? .The proposal Robin provided wasn’t the lowest however, it was more than fair. Our Board was concerned the lowest proposal numbers spelled “trouble” as we had already calculated what a fair price would be .Robins Team completed the project with precise perfection and it is absolutely Beautiful .
